The organization of B2B meetings is based on four principles:

 1 / ONLINE REGISTRATION

If you are not yet registered please register first at FOWT Event.

 2/ SET UP YOUR COMPANY PRESENTATION FORM

Your Company Profile enables other companies to identify your areas of business and skills.

  • The sooner you set up your profile, the sooner you will be visible to other participants on the event website.
  • The more complete / qualified your company profile is, the better chance other participants/buyers will have to request or confirm meetings with you.

3/ REQUEST & VALIDATE MEETINGS

Ask for business appointments, based on company profiles and on the principle of mutual acceptance

You can request and accept meetings till the day of the event using the web platform, and also during the event only with the Mobile Application

 

4 / FACE TO FACE MEETINGS

A few days prior to the event you will receive an email with your meetings schedule showing who you will meet, what time, and the table number where the meeting will take place.

The mobile application will be the only tool allowing you to manage your schedule during the event : change conferences, validate new appointments...
